Server Crash Issue

In limited scenarios, the Workplace ServerWorkplace Server is a component of the Autotask Workplace service. It makes all your files accessible through Workplace while retaining local, centralized data storage so that your data is also available via your local area network (LAN). The Workplace service keeps all data on your LAN accessible internally and in sync with Workplace. service repeatedly disconnected or crashed. The issue has been resolved.

MS Office Auto-Lock Issue

The MS Office auto-lock feature was not working for some version combination of MS Office & Windows. Auto-lock will now perform as intended regardless of Office and Windows versions.

Stability Enhancements

This release also includes variety of general stability enhancements for both Workplace"Workplace" describes the Autotask Workplace service in its entirety. Desktop for Windows and Workplace Server.
