2019.2.1 Service Update

In the Security section of the public share interface, if a user selected the Password protect this link option and did not enter a password before moving on to a different section of the interface, the Password protect this link check box automatically cleared.

A six-character password will now be auto-filled by the system as soon as the Password protect this link option is selected. The user can clear this password and enter another if they wish.

Additionally, when entering a password the cursor would automatically move to another field (due to the auto-save feature). The cursor will now remain in the password field until you manually click on another field.

Workplace desktop popup notifications concerning the number of files modified were to have been retired in our 2019.2 Service Update, but were still appearing. The issue has been resolved.

If files to which you have access have been updated, you will still be notified.
