Release Notes

In addition to various minor enhancements to increase stability and usability, this release introduces the following changes:

Autotask Mapping Failure in French Language

Workplace Managers users were unable to map a new team to an existing Autotask company in the French language. The Select PSA company to map to Team window now returns the appropriate results.

Offline Alert Notifications

Devices owners were not receiving an alert notification when their Workplace Desktop devices were offline for seven days or more. The issue has been resolved.

Alert Emails Display Incorrect Names

Device backup failure alert emails displayed the correct team and user ID, but the incorrect names. The issue has been resolved.
